the hotel was a older style looking hotel, but it was so cute! location was great and very walkable. food and shops near by and one block away from the beach. and has free hotel parking available with limited spots but i never had trouble and always found several spots open because they block it off for hotel guests only which is nice.
The James Hotel is a very artistic and hospitable quaint place to stay. You feel like you are stepping back into the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s,.....kind of a beatnik, hippy vibe. The staff is wonderful and accommodating in every way.

parking was immediatley available, we got to check in 40 minutes early, great location, very interesting decor, at checkout we were allowed to leave our vehicle and walk around the area for a few hours
Location of the hotel is great. The facilities they gave were up to the mark for the price paid. It was very cheap.There is no breakfast but there was a complimentary donut and coffee.

It's not a bad hotel. But it is just average interior and old . Just your basic things: bed ,table and shower . Very clean
The hotel is super cute. Super good location the stuff good, the hotel has free parking lot, include breakfast ( coffee and donuts)

I have stayed here 4 separate times. A great well priced facility with the free parking. Love the coffee and donuts in the morning and the staff! An excellent facility well placed near beach, Lincoln Road and a walk down Washington Ave

The location. Parking was included in the 140 dollar/night price. The staff member in the morning was lovely.
Arrived early and staff was very accommodating. They let us park our car early for a minimum fee.
Breakfast is great everything was fresh and satisfying. Great location , cleanliness, price is good.
